Hallmann|Sales Returns & Refunds
Customers may return any item that is unused within 30 days of purchase for a product refund. (No freight refunds, less 25% restocking fee)
Returns must be authorized by Hallmann Sales. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 days items that are unused may be returned with a 40% restocking charge.
No returns after 90 days of purchase.
Defective items may be returned during their respective warranty period and replaced at no charge or refunded.
Fire Extinguishers and special ordered Fire Extinguisher Cabinets such as Fire Rated Cabinets or Custom-Color-Cabinets as well as factory direct orders are non-returnable.
Fire Extinguishers must be tagged and inspected after installation (not included in purchase)
