Hallmann|Sales Returns & Refunds
Customers may return any item that is unused within
30 days of purchase for a product refund. (No freight
refunds, less 25% restocking fee) Returns must be authorized
by Hallmann Sales. All freight charges incurred
in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 days items that are unused may be returned
with a 40% restocking charge. Refunds will be made with
PayPal on PayPal purchases and Google Checkout on Google
Checkout purchases. Defective items may be returned
during their respective warranty period and replaced
at no charge or refunded.
Fire Extinguishers and special ordered Fire Extinguisher
Cabinets such as Fire Rated Cabinets are non-returnable.
The customer is not responsible for freight on warranty
returns.
