Hallmann Sales Returns & Refunds
Customers may return any item (other than excluded below) that is unused within 30 days of purchase for a product refund. (No freight refunds, less 25% restocking fee, 35% on Elmdor and Potter Roemer products, 10% or a minimum of $20.00 on Cato products))
All returns must be authorized by Hallmann Sales. All freight charges incurred with this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns without the authorization from Hallmann Sales will be refused.
Do not send returns to our Graham, NC office. A return address will be provided with the return authorization.
After 30 days items that are unused may be returned with a 40% restocking charge.
No returns after 60 days of purchase.
Product must be returned in its original packing material. It is the customer's responsibility to return product in new and sellable condition. Products damaged during the transport back to the warehouse are excluded from refunds, therefore we recommend to insure shipment with carrier.
Returns on orders shipped under our free freight policy will be refunded as indicated above less the amount of freight paid by Hallmann Sales when the original order shipped.
Defective items may be returned during their respective warranty period and replaced at no charge or refunded.
Fire Extinguishers and special ordered Fire Extinguisher Cabinets such as Fire Rated Cabinets or Custom-Color-Cabinets, Custom Size Access Doors or Modified Access Doors as well as factory direct orders are non-returnable. Access Doors receiving modifications on any latch or gasketing material are non-returnable.
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. For your protection, any external damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order to qualify for a claim against the freight carrier.
Concealed damages must be reported to the freight company within three days of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to file for damage claims against the freight company.
Shortages/missing parts must be reported to Hallmann Sales, LLC customer service within 5 days of delivery.
Fire Extinguishers must be tagged and inspected after installation (not included in purchase)
