Specifications:

For Walls and Ceilings
Door: 16 ga., galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish and 1" thick rigid foam insulation with a R value of cw90-5.9.
Frame: 16 ga., galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish and provided with masonry anchors and bolt holes
Finish: Prime coat suitable for painting
Hinge: Concealed and operates completely out of sight, so that only the door and frame are visible.
Exterior Hatch: Cylinder lock that features a knurled knob or key operation
