Cover: Twin leaf design with 1" thick rigid insulation and a
continuous EPDM weather/draft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of base to provide a flush, tight fit. Designed to support a live load of 40 lbs./sq. ft., the cover is 0.063" Aluminum, with a .040"
Aluminum inside liner. Lid uplift rating is 30 PSF.
Curb: .080 Aluminum with 1" thick rigid insulation at curb exterior. Curb is 12" high, with 4" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes.
Hinge: Heavy duty 12 gauge.
Opening Device: Gas spring operators allow cover to open and close with ease. Inside and outside release allows for manual lid operation.
Latch:12 gauge Galvanized Steel latch rated for 90 lbs./sq. ft. uplift. Supplied standard with 165° UL Listed Fusible Link. Resettable McCabe link also available.
